Statement of Ethics NZAPT members are committed to the ethical and professional use of psychological type theory to honour the dignity and individuality of people, adhering to the following principles:
Practitioners of psychological type accept specific professional and legal responsibilities, including undertaking to provide confidentiality of type results, a clear explanation to the individual of how their results will be used and to provide face to face feedback to the individual. NZAPT have produced a publication to define ethical practices and standards for MBTI® professionals.
