2.         Minutes of the twelfth Annual General Meeting

3.         Presidents Report

            Receive and adopt the Presidents Annual Report

4.         Treasurers Report

Receive and adopt the Financial Statements for Year Ended 31 December 2008

5.         Election of Board Members

6.         Other Business (Prior notice of General Business must have been given in writing by 5pm Wednesday 29^th April 2009)

 ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS

Nominations are hereby called for election to the NZAPT Board for the 2009/2011 term of the Board.

Nomination forms for election to Board can be obtained from the NZAPT Office or downloaded from the website (www.nzapt.org.nz). There is a general Board member job description available on the website or for more information as to what being on the Board entails contact Phillippa Elliott (President) 03 3799 116 or Jean de Bruyne at 0800756675

Jean de Bruyne retires by rotation and offers herself for re-election.

Phillippa Elliott, Julie Cummins, Clare Ayers, Sue Blair, Susan Campbell and Paula Herring remain on the Board.

The Board has determined that it is appropriate that one new Board member is appointed in 2009.  The Board has power to co-opt additional members throughout the year as required.

Resolution – To accept re-election of retiring Board members.

OTHER BUSINESS

Motions of General Business are to be submitted in writing to the NZAPT office by 5pm Wednesday 25th April 2009.  Post to P O Box 4146, Marewa, Napier 4143 or email info@nzapt.org.nz

VOTING

Financial Members who are unable to attend the AGM and wish to vote can obtain a proxy form from the NZAPT Office or download from the website (www.nzapt.org.nz).
