With the conference theme of “Connections”, we have great pleasure in announcing the following exciting line-up of keynote speakers and concurrent sessions for the conference.
Dario Nardi
Professor Dario Nardi, Ph.D., is a Fellow and part-time lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is the founder and CEO of Radiance House, a publishing and media company that focuses on paper and software materials for human resources and games. Dario is the author or co-author of numerous books including: 8 Keys to Self-Leadership, Multiple Intelligences and Personality Type: Tools and Strategies for Developing Human Potential and Character and Personality Type: Discovering Your Uniqueness for Career and Relationship Success. He is co-author of the best-selling 16 Personality Types: Descriptions for Self-Discovery and Quick Guide to the 16 Personality Types in Organizations.
Mark Majors
Counselling psychologist and psychometrician Mark S Majors, Ph.D., authored and developed the Majors Assessments (PTI™, PT-E™, and OEM™) from decades of experience with instrument design. At CPP, he was the research scientist who performed data analysis for the MBTI® Form M, and was responsible for the development of the MBTI® Form Q. Mark was also director of research at CAPT where he led the initial research on MBTI® Step III and contributed to the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator (PMAI) and the Klein Group Indicator (KGI). In addition, he was the central data analyst and scoring developer for the 1994 Strong Interest Inventory.
Jane Kise
Jane Kise, Ed.D., is a perennial favourite with type audiences in Australia and around the world. She is an internationally recognised expert on personality type, a past president of the Association for Psychological Type International, and author of over 20 books. Jane specialises in professional development for educators, instructional coaching, and strategic planning. Jane also received the Isabel Briggs Myers Award for outstanding research in the field of psychological type (2005) and the Gordon Lawrence Educational Achievement Award (2011).
Bernie Neville
Bernie Neville, Ph.D., is Adjunct Professor of Education at Latrobe University, Melbourne, with a long career as a researcher and teacher educator. His book Educating Psyche: Imagination, Emotion, and the Unconscious in Learning examines education through the lens of archetypal psychology. Bernie has also consulted extensively with business and educational institutions on
communication within organisations and strategies for organisational change. His particular interest in archetypal psychology as a framework for exploring and analysing organisational culture is reflected in the title of another of his books: Olympus Inc.: Intervening for Cultural Change in Organizations.
